Protein on the go

 

 

I get asked quite a bit what and how to make protein bars…. Well its easy so easy I could do this recipe in my sleep! No baking required too! I love these for a post workout treat or a late night snack before bed ! Here is what you need

Quattro protein, chocolate chips, sunflowers seeds, walnuts, honey , almonds, coconut oil, almond butter of choice (I love red velvet buff bake) and oatmeal.
