Skor Crunch Donuts

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Mashed Cooked yellow sweet potato
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Quattro
  • 1/2 Cup Cristco vegetable shorting
  • 1/2 Cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  • 4 Squares Dark chocolate
  • 30 Grams Skor pieces
Directions:
  1. Boil and mash sweet potato, fold in vegetable shorting , Quattro protein almond flour and baking soda. Scoop out mixture into pre sprayed donut baking sheet. Note this mixture will be a little on the thicker side this is normal 🙂
  2. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins or until golden brown. Let cool before topping
  3. Melt dark chocolate squares and dip the front side of each donut. Sprinkle on skor candy pieces
  4. EAT THEM
