Skinny Butter Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 6 Tbsp. Curry powder
  • 1 Can of Coconut milk
  • 2 tbs. Cinnamon
  • 1 Can chick peas
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut sugar
  • 1/3 Cup butter
  • 3 tbsp. Tandoori Masala
  • 3 tbsp. Ground turmeric
Directions:
  1. In a large skillet or sauce pan brown 4 chicken breasts and cut into small pieces.
  2. Add Chick peas, coconut milk,butter and all spices. Let simmer on low for 20 minutes.
  3. Serve on cooked rice or protein wrap
