Skinny Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken breasts

6 Tbsp. Curry powder
- 1 Can of Coconut milk
- 2 tbs. Cinnamon
- 1 Can chick peas
- 2 tbsp. Coconut sugar
- 1/3 Cup butter
- 3 tbsp. Tandoori Masala
- 3 tbsp. Ground turmeric
Directions:
- In a large skillet or sauce pan brown 4 chicken breasts and cut into small pieces.
- Add Chick peas, coconut milk,butter and all spices. Let simmer on low for 20 minutes.
- Serve on cooked rice or protein wrap
