Save the date cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Pitted Dates
- 1 Cup Oatmeal
- 2 Scoops salted caramel Quattro protein powder
- 2 tbs. Honey
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup apple Sauce
- 1/3 Cup walnuts
- 1/3 Cup Coconut palm Sugar
- 3 tbs. Crushed Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
Directions:
- Blend dates in electric mixer or food processor and place in mixing bowl
- Blend all dry ingredients together and add in dates.
- Add in remainder of wet ingredients and mix all together
- Scoop out half inch cookie dough mixture and place on non stick baking sheet (use parchment paper to line baking sheet if you have it too 🙂
- Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie
- Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins or until golden brown on top
