Pumpkin Protein Banana Loaf
Ingredients:
- 2 Scoops Salted Caramel Quattro
- 1 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Large banana
- 1/4 Cup Cristco shorting or vegetable shortening
- 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. Honey
- 1 pack Truvia sweetener
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
Directions:
- Blend with mixer all ingredients and scoop mixture into non-stick baking tins.
- Bake at 365 for 40 -45 mins or until golden brown.
