Pumpkin Protein Banana Loaf

Ingredients:
  • 2 Scoops Salted Caramel Quattro
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Large banana
  • 1/4 Cup Cristco shorting or vegetable shortening
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp. Honey
  • 1 pack Truvia sweetener
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
Directions:
  1. Blend with mixer all ingredients and scoop mixture into non-stick baking tins.
  2. Bake at 365 for 40 -45 mins or until golden brown.
