Apple Pumpkin Protein Pie
Ingredients Filling:
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree

1 1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
- 2 Medium Apples
- 1 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Quattro Protein powder https://magnumsupps.ca/products/quattro?_pos=1&_sid=655f0b2f1&_ss=r
- 1 Egg
- 5 tbsp. Coconut sugar
- 4 tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 Cup Margin
- 2 tbsp. Flour
Directions for filling : (Crust not included )
- Peel and chop up apple and sauté in sauce pan until soft , add pumpkin spice and cinnamon as well as 2 tbsp. margin
- In mixer blend pumpkin, egg , margin. Add reminder of all dry ingredients
- Pre heat oven to 350
- Pour pumpkin mix into pie crust of choice, ( I used a https://www.presidentschoice.ca/product/pc-gluten-free-pie-crust/21311742_EA then drizzle on apple mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 40 -45 mins until golden brown on sides and pie starts to thicken
