Ingredients Filling:

  1. Peel and chop up apple and sauté in sauce pan until soft , add pumpkin spice and cinnamon as well as 2 tbsp. margin
  2. In mixer blend pumpkin, egg , margin. Add reminder of all dry ingredients
  3. Pre heat oven to 350
  4. Pour pumpkin mix into pie crust of choice, ( I used a https://www.presidentschoice.ca/product/pc-gluten-free-pie-crust/21311742_EA then drizzle on apple mixture evenly on top.
  5. Bake for 40 -45 mins until golden brown on sides and pie starts to thicken
