Pulled BBQ Chicken LettuceWraps
Ingredients:

3 Chicken Brest

1 Cup Chicken broth
Sauce Ingredients

2 tbsp. low sodium Ketchup

2 tbsp. Greek yogurt Plain

2 tbsp. Lee & perins sauce
- 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
-
1 Tbsp. organic coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 5 tbsp. Tomato paste
Topping and Wrap
- 2 shallots
- 1-4 red cabbage
- 1 head of lettuce
Directions
- In large crock pot add on cup chicken broth and add in 3 chicken breasts. Let cook on medium until chicken is easy to tear with fork ( mine took about 2 hours)
- Mix all Sauce ingredients together and set aside
- Once chicken is easy to tear with fork shred chicken completely and place pre spray frying pan. Add Sauce mixture and fry until chicken is well done.
- Cut lettuce in half and chop shallots and red cabbage finely
- tear off one lettuce strip and stuff with chicken mixture sprinkle on mozzarella if desired
