Protein Corn bread

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Scoop Quattro Protein powder
  • 1 Cup Cornmeal
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 Butter
  • 2 TBSP. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Cups Coconut flour
  1. Blend with mixer and pour into cast iron skillet.
  2. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins or until littley golden brown on sides of bread .
