Protein Corn bread
- 1 1/2 Scoop Quattro Protein powder
- 1 Cup Cornmeal
- 1/4 Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 Butter
- 2 TBSP. Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 2 Cups Coconut flour
- Blend with mixer and pour into cast iron skillet.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins or until littley golden brown on sides of bread .
