Protein Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
- 20 Pieces Dark 70% Lindt Chocolate

1 1/2 Scoop Chocolate Quattro protein
- 1/3 Dried Cranberries
- 2 tsb. Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Crushed almonds
- 2 tbs. shredded Coconut
Directions:
- Place a wide skillet with about one inch of water on a burner. Place your chopped chocolate & 2 tsp. of coconut oil in a heatproof bowl (stainless steel or tempered glass), and set the bowl directly in the water. Bring the water to a simmer, then turn off the flame and let the chocolate sit until it is melted. Add in Quattro to chocolate
- Pour chocolate onto a baking sheet or Tupperware container where you can spread out evenly. Sprinkle on crushed almonds and coconut
- Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!!! Easy make for your next Christmas Party!
