Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Quartto Protein powder
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut sugar
  • 1 Can Drained peaches
  • 1 tbsp. Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 Cup Coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt
  1. Blend with mixer all ingredients and pour into non-stick baking tins.
  2. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
