Mini Egg Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1.5 Scoop Quattro peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Mini Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients in mixer and scoop out with ice cream scoop and drop on cookie sheet
  2. Bake at 350 for 10 minutesĀ  or until golden brown.
