Mini Egg Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter

1.5 Scoop Quattro peanut butter protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Soda

2 Tbsp. Coconut sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Mini Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in mixer and scoop out with ice cream scoop and drop on cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutesĀ or until golden brown.
