Low Carb Blue Berry Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Quattro protein powder
  • 1/3 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Cup fresh blue berry’s
  • 1/4 Cup Almond flour
  • 1/3 Cup Vanilla almond milk ‘
  • 3 packs of Sweetener of choice
  • 3 tsp. Hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp. Flax seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable shortening
Directions:
  1. Blend with mixer all ingredients and scoopĀ  into non-stick muffin tins.
  2. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
