Low Carb Blue Berry Muffins
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Quattro protein powder
1/3 Cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Cup fresh blue berry’s
- 1/4 Cup Almond flour
- 1/3 Cup Vanilla almond milk ‘
- 3 packs of Sweetener of choice
- 3 tsp. Hemp seeds
- 2 tsp. Flax seeds
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable shortening
- Blend with mixer all ingredients and scoop into non-stick muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
