Lemon Protein Loaf

Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Quattro Protein powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup melted butter
  • 1 Cup Coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. Baking soda
  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 6 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut sugar
  1. Blend with mixer all ingredients pour into non-stick baking tins.
  2. Bake at 350 for 25-35 mins or until golden brown.
  3. Optional add 4 tbsp. Icing sugar and 2 tbsp. Lemon juice to coat top of loaf
