Lemon Protein Loaf
- 2 scoops Vanilla Quattro Protein powder
- 1/3 Cup melted butter
- 1 Cup Coconut flour
- 1 tbsp. Baking soda
- 1 Cup Greek yogurt
- 6 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 Cup Coconut sugar
- Blend with mixer all ingredients pour into non-stick baking tins.
- Bake at 350 for 25-35 mins or until golden brown.
- Optional add 4 tbsp. Icing sugar and 2 tbsp. Lemon juice to coat top of loaf
