Go Bananas Loaf

Ingredients:
  • 3 Ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 Scoop Salted caramel Quattro Protein
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Cristco vegetable shortening
  • 1 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
  1. Blend with mixer entire ingredients  and pour into non-stick baking tins.
  2. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins or until golden brown.
