Ingredients:

1 Scoop Vanilla Quattro Protein Powder

1/4 Pumpkin Seeds
- 2/3 Cup Apple Sauce

1 1/2 Cup coconut flour

1/4 Crisco vegetable shortening

1 tsp Baking soda

1/2 cup Vanilla Protein powder
- 2 tbs. Cinnamon
Directions:
- Blend with mixer and pour into non-stick baking tins.
- Bake at 400 for 25-35 mins or until golden brown.
