Easy Morning Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2/3 Cup Apple Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 Crisco vegetable shortening
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein powder
  • 2 tbs. Cinnamon
Directions:
  1. Blend with mixer and pour into non-stick baking tins.
  2. Bake at 400 for 25-35 mins or until golden brown.
