Easy Chocolate pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Quattro protein powder
- 1 Medium avocado
- 1/4 cup cooked Quinoa
- 2 tbs. Coco powder
- 3 tbs. Chocolate Almond Milk
Directions:
- Scoop out avocado and place in mixing bowl. Add almond milk, Protein powder,coco powder and quinoa to avocado. Puree with hand mixer.
- Serve up right away or place in fridge for mid night craving 🙂
- Top with cool whip optional
