Easy Chocolate pudding

Ingredients:
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Quattro protein powder
  • 1 Medium avocado
  • 1/4 cup cooked Quinoa
  • 2 tbs. Coco powder
  • 3 tbs. Chocolate Almond Milk

Directions:

  1. Scoop out avocado and place in mixing bowl. Add almond milk, Protein powder,coco powder and quinoa to avocado. Puree with hand mixer.
  2. Serve up right away or place in fridge for mid night craving 🙂
  3. Top with cool whip optional
