Ingredients For Ice Cream
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Scoop vanilla Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Low fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Cool Whip
  • 1/4 Cup Ice
Ingredients For balls:
  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • 4 tbs. Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Almond butter
  • 1/2 Scoop Salted caramel Quattro Protein
Directions:
  1. In blender, blend  all ice cream ingredients together and place in freezer for 1 hour
  2. In a separate bowl mix all ball ingredients together, form into half inch balls and plaice in freezer for 1 hour
  3. Combine both balls and ice cream after being chilled for 1 hour and place back in freezer for an additional hour or until frozen đŸ™‚
  4. Optional top with extra cool whip and chocolate sauce ENJOY
