Coconut Banana loaf
Ingredients:

2 bananas
- 1 1/2 Cup Coconut flour
-
1 Scoop Pure & Simple Quattro Protein powder
- 3 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 3 tbsp. Ground Flax
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable shortening
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
- 1/3 Cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 Cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 Cup Coconut flakes
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together with mixer and pour into non-stick baking tin. I used parchment paper to line tin for extra no stick !
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins or until golden brown.
