Cilantro Coconut Chicken
Ingredients:

2 Chicken Breast
- 1 Cup Cilantro
-
4 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Cups Brown rice
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Can low fat Coconut Milk
Directions:
- In Blender mix lemon juice, cilantro, garlic & can coconut milk
- Bake chicken at 350 for 15-20 mins or until golden brown. Boil up rice and set aside.
- Cut chicken into small pieces mix with rice and pour sauce on top ! Enjoy!!
