Chili lovers Chili
Ingredients:
- 6 Diced ripe tomatoes
- 1 Can of Kidney Beans
- 1 Can of Black beans
- 1 Package of hard Tofo
- 1 Diced Red onion
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 3 tsp. Chilli
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 4 tsp. Ground cumin
- 3 tsp. Olive oil
- In a large pot bring tomatoes and oil oil to a simmer.
- Dry tofo with paper towel to insure all excess water is out. Crumble into chilli and add all remainder of ingredients
- Let simmer for about 30 – 40 minutes
- Top with low fat Mozzarella and serve up 🙂
