Chili lovers Chili

Ingredients:
  • 6 Diced ripe tomatoes
  • 1 Can of Kidney Beans
  • 1 Can of Black beans
  • 1 Package of hard Tofo
  • 1 Diced Red onion
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 3 tsp. Chilli
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 4 tsp. Ground cumin
  • 3 tsp. Olive oil
  1. In a large pot bring tomatoes and oil oil to a simmer.
  2. Dry tofo with paper towel to insure all excess water is out. Crumble into chilli and add all remainder of ingredients
  3. Let simmer for about 30 – 40 minutes
  4. Top with low fat Mozzarella and serve up 🙂
