Chocolate Chip cookies
- 1 Cup Coconut flour
- 1 Cup Oatmeal
- 1 Scoop Quattro vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 Cup maple syrup
- 1/2 Margin melted
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup chocolate chips
- In large bowl blend all dry ingredients together. Add remainder of wet ingredients and roll into 1 inch balls
- Bake at 400 for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
