Blueberry Coco Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/3 Apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 Tbs. Flax seeds
  • 1 Tbs. Chia seeds
  • 3 Tbs. Coco powder
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Quattro protein powder
  • 1/3 Cup blueberry’s
Directions:
  1. Blend with mixer and pour into non-stick baking tins.
  2. Bake at 350 for 25mins or until golden brown.
