Blueberry Coco Muffins
Ingredients:

1 Banana

1/3 Apple sauce

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 Tbs. Flax seeds
- 1 Tbs. Chia seeds
- 3 Tbs. Coco powder
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Quattro protein powder
- 1/3 Cup blueberry’s
Directions:
- Blend with mixer and pour into non-stick baking tins.
- Bake at 350 for 25mins or until golden brown.
