  • Quattro Protein Pizza Dough
    • 3.5 Scoops Pure & Simple Quattro
    • 1 Large cauliflower
    • 0.5 Cloves Garlic
    • 2 Tsp baking Soda
    • 2 Tsp Basil (Dried)
    • 1 Egg
    • 4 Tsp Parmasan cheese

    Protein Pizza Topping

    • 1 Cooked Chicken Brest (cut into small pieces)
    • 5 Tbsp tomato sauce  (or any pizza sauce)
    • 1 Tsp sea salt
    • 2 Cups mozzarella cheese  Low-fat if you’re on a low-fat / reduced calorie diet!!

    Directions

    Protein Pizza Crust
    1. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces
      Blend the cauliflower pieces until they’re small and almost pureed.
      Once cauliflower is blended place in paper towel or tea towel to drain excess water from cauliflower.This is important!!!
    2. Mix the cauliflower, Magnum Quattro and remainder of ingredients together.
    3. Spread out onto a perforated pizza pan.
    Toppings
    1. Mix 5 tablespoons of Tomato sauce with 1 Tsp sea salt and add to the crust.
    2. Add your cheese. This is where your fat calories will come in, so be careful here — use a food scale and realize how much you’re getting!
    3. Cut up your onion, tomato, and sliced cooked chicken breast. Top them up.
    4. Bake at 400F for 15-20 Mins, until golden brown
