Christmas baking let it begin!!

I don’t know about you but Christmas has to be my Favourite time of the year ! Ya I say that about every holiday but for real the months of September to December are the BEST!! And Christmas being the TOP!

 

Lets talk holiday baking… Lets face it, Its can be sometimes stressful!  When are you going to have the time? Wow that recipe is time consuming, or wow that recipe is mega complicated im not a freaking pastry chef!!

 

Well lucky for you I have the answer to all you problems and its #BugetFriendly

#EasyHoildaybaking  That’s right simple as simple can be and one heck of a party gift! Head to the  dollar store and buy yourself a few Christmas tins (I paid $1.50 each for mine in the picture below) Cute and budget friendly !Now for the simplest recipe.. Christmas bark

Protein Chocolate Bark

servings=”8″ time=” 1 hour” difficulty=”Easy”

Ingredients:
  • 20 Pieces Dark 70% Lindt Chocolate
  • 1 1/2 Scoop Chocolate Quattro protein
  • 1/3  Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tsb. Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Crushed almonds
  • 2 tbs.  shredded Coconut
Directions:
  1. Place a wide skillet with about one inch of water on a burner. Place your chopped chocolate & 2 tsp. of coconut oil  in a heatproof bowl (stainless steel or tempered glass), and set the bowl directly in the water. Bring the water to a simmer, then turn off the flame and let the chocolate sit until it is melted. Add in Quattro to chocolate
  2. Pour chocolate onto a baking sheet or Tupperware container where you can spread out evenly. Sprinkle on crushed almonds and coconut
  3. Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!!! Easy make for your next Christmas Party!
