One of my favourite comfort foods is mac and cheese. I use to live off of KD when I was a kid… Well this new and improved clean version, is way better to enjoy my favourite comfort food πŸ™‚

Spicy Mac & Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 Scoop Pure and Simple Quattro
  • 1 Cup Raw Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 Large Avocado
Directions:

Chop up cauliflower into small cubes and slice jalapeno in half and remove seeds, place in blender. Take remainder of Β ingredients and puree in blender. I swear by my vita-mix πŸ™‚ The best for making things liquefy!

Boil up pasta of choice ( I really like Catelli Gluten free mac noodles) drain and pour into baking dish.

Pour mac & cheese Sauce onto noodles and place in oven for 15 – 20 minutes at 350 . Sprinkle cracked pepper and Parmesan cheese if desired.
