Save the date cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Pitted Dates
  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • 2 Scoops salted caramel Quattro protein powder
  • 2 tbs. Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup apple Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup walnuts
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut palm Sugar
  • 3 tbs. Crushed Pecans
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. Sea salt

Directions:

  1. Blend dates in electric mixer or food processor and place in mixing bowl
  2. Blend all dry ingredients together and add in dates.
  3. Add in remainder of wet ingredients and mix all together
  4. Scoop out half inch cookie dough mixture and place on non stick baking sheet (use parchment paper to line baking sheet if you have it too 🙂
  5. Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie
  6. Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins or until golden brown on top
