1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Nutella
1/3 Cup Extra Ripe Avocado
1 Scoop Chocolate Quattro Protein Powder
1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 4 tbsp Nutella
- 2 tbsp P28 White Chocolate Spread or Peanut butter of choice
In mixing bowl mix all wet ingredients together with electric mixer. (quick tip I microwaved my Nutella and coconut oil for easy mixing) Slowly fold in dry ingredients. Pour mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Take brownies out and coat top with topping mixture, place back in oven for another 10- 15 minutes until lightly brown on top.
