Double chocolate brownies

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 1/3 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Quattro protein powder
  • 2 tbs. Coco powder
  • 3 tbs. Chopped pecans
  • 1/3 Cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate chips
  • 3 tbs. Margin

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Mix all wet ingredients together in large bowl.
  3. Slowly mix in dry ingredients  ingredients. Pre spray baking dish or brownie tray. (I used a brownie pan super easy and perfect sizes plus no stick!
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 mins or dense in middle.

All nutritional info is based on one brownie. Recipe makes 6 brownies.
