Protein waffles, Mrs Cannon Style

Ingredients:
  • 1 Scoop vanilla Quattro protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  • 4  tsp. Coconut flour
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Cashew milk
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients together with mixer and pour batter into pre sprayed waffle maker. Pre heat waffle maker to 350 or high before pouring in batter. 5-7 mins in maker to finished product
